If we take man as he really is, we make him worse, but if we overestimate him...If we seem to be idealists and are overestimating, overrating man, and looking at him that high, here above, you know what happens? We promote him to what he really can be.
- Viktor Frankl, Survivor of Auschwitz
"Just do your best." Something about this has always perplexed me. How are we supposed to know what our best is? Is it simply an approximation of 100 percent effort? Isn't the very idea of doing your best limiting to what you could be that isn't even apparent to you?
The truth is, if my "best" is based on effort, it changes every day.
Here is what we can promise you: YouAre | Abundant will always overestimate you and ourselves. We will always assume there is more behind the veil. We will strike until a spark is found. That is who we are, and why we are here.
There are two values of YouAre that particularly apply to Abundant. They are: Ideas are the Lifeblood of Hope, and: No Deal Unless Mutually Good.
We're going to present ideas and opportunities that take you outside of your comfort zone. Investments tailored with your goals in mind, rather than a commission for Wall Street. Assets that are durable and antifragile; combining a margin of safety with technological advancement.
We're only interested in deals and partnerships that benefit everyone involved. We're not here to sell something, but to create lasting wealth. We think about investments with the durability and permanence to serve five generations. We view your capital as irreplaceable.
We believe in real assets, not paper creations. We favor tangibility over convenience. We know that truly valuable investments require work and sacrifice, not clicking a few buttons for ownership.
You'll find Abundant will present a variety of opportunities: resort property, royalty positions, multifamily apartments and many other things. We commit to only presenting ideas that uphold the virtues of durability, antifragility and tangibility.
Thank you for joining us. Please reach out and say hello.
